Party Policies and Terms of Service
Reserving an Event with Pink Party Express

Send a Party Request through email and we will contact you within 24 hours or sooner! We book on a first come first serve basis. Because of the booking process, it is recommended to reserve 4-6 weeks ahead of time.

After speaking with you or receiving a booking email, we will hold your date and time up to 48 hours. After that, we will release that date and time unless a deposit is received.

We do require a deposit to reserve a party package. The deposit will guarantee your event time for that specific date. All deposits will be applied to your final balance. We accept checks and credit cards. All final payments are due the day of the event.

Making a Deposit

The best way to make a party deposit is credit card payment over the phone. We also accept checks for deposits but never for final payment, only cash or credit card for final payment.
Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a later dater. We understand things happen beyond our control and will consider all circumstances. If you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason, in the event you must change the scheduled date, we will find another date and time for your party to the best of our ability and will apply the deposit to the final invoice.

Canceling your event

If for some reason you need to cancel an event we will work with you to find an alternate date. If you decide to cancel and do not reschedule your event, your deposit will be retained as a cancelation fee.

Can I host my event outside?

Absolutely! Weather permitting of course. We also offer a white canopy tent with a fabulous interior and draped ceiling, hanging “ribbon “chandelier and yards of tulle. This pairs nicely when reserving a Tea Party Package and we can set up the tables under the tent.

Please ask the venue you have chosen for permission before requesting this service from us.
Traveling to Events
We will travel up to 25 miles for events at no charge. Any events over 25 miles from us have a $25.00 travel fee. 

What should the girls wear to the party?

Of course we love to see the great dresses each little princess has donned for the occasion. If you have included our Dress-up activity in your package, we suggest they wear a leotard and leggings and wear their dress-up gowns over these.


It is optional. Our entertainers are very well skilled and to show your appreciation, you are welcome to tip them appropriately.

General Terms and Conditions

We will make every effort to ensure your child and guests are treated with the utmost of care. Pink Party Express is not responsible or liable for any accidents or damages, staining of skin, clothing or hair, allergic reaction due to face paint. Our face paint is non toxic and professional paint. It is the responsibility of the parents/guest to inform us of any dietary restrictions, or food allergies in advance of the event.
